Dave Miniutti

Dave Miniutti is a longtime Roswell, Georgia resident and a nationally respected commercial real estate executive with more than 35 years of industry experience. He has built a distinguished career overseeing leasing, brokerage, redevelopment, and large-scale development projects across the United States, with transactions exceeding $4 billion in total value and more than 35 million square feet of commercial property.

Mr. Miniutti currently works with Brixmor Property Group, managing national accounts, peripheral land strategy, and major redevelopments nationwide from the company’s Roswell satellite office. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Thomas Enterprises, he oversaw leasing and development operations for a $5 billion organization employing more than 500 people. His portfolio includes notable Georgia projects such as The Forum at Peachtree Parkway and early redevelopment planning that contributed to what later became Avalon in Alpharetta. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is deeply committed to mentoring younger professionals and sharing the relationships and lessons gained throughout his career.

A graduate of Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, Mr. Miniutti earned his degree with high honors before relocating from New England to Georgia to begin his professional career. He is the youngest of ten siblings and credits his upbringing with instilling a strong work ethic, humility, and a commitment to service.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Miniutti has dedicated thousands of hours to community service and youth development. He spent more than two decades coaching youth sports in softball, basketball, and cross country throughout Georgia and Maine, supporting organizations including Alpharetta Youth Softball Association, Blessed Trinity High School feeder programs, Mount Bethel Christian Academy, Roswell Youth Softball, and Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. He has also volunteered extensively with local running organizations, school athletic programs, and community events.

Mr. Miniutti is actively involved in charitable initiatives focused on food insecurity, environmental stewardship, education, and medical research. His service includes work with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, North Fulton Community Charities, Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, and Kennesaw State University CARE Services. He has helped organize scholarship fundraisers in honor of his late parents, spearheaded benefit events for families facing childhood cancer, and supported efforts that have raised significant funding for childhood cancer and ALS research. He has also contributed to international humanitarian efforts, including refugee assistance in North Africa and mission initiatives through faith-based organizations in Georgia.

Dave Miniutti and his wife, Michelle, have been married for more than 28 years and raised two daughters. Together, they remain actively engaged in community life throughout Roswell, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek. In his personal time, Mr. Miniutti enjoys hiking local trails, attending community events, and spending time with family and friends.
